Overview

Hair by Ella began with almost no online presence and only a small base of loyal clients. The business wasn’t appearing in Google search or on Google Maps, making it difficult for new customers to discover the brand. We built a strong foundation from the ground up by setting up and optimizing the Google Business Profile, improving on-page SEO, and strengthening local signals through citations and consistent content updates. Over a nine-month period, these efforts transformed the business’s visibility, driving a steady increase in local impressions, phone calls, and new client bookings directly from Google. In a period of three months, she went from getting zero leads through Google, to over 30 a month!

The Challenge

When Hair by Ella first launched, the business had almost no presence on Google and very limited online visibility.
